Lewiston’s Committee meets monthly and the city has hired Ian Houseal, ihouseal@ci.lewiston.me.us, as an “Energy Czar” to find energy cost saving efficiencies throughout the city. They are currently exploring guidelines for developing a policy on street lighting and outdoor lighting.
